These are a one-of-a-kind pair of earrings featuring beloved poet Amanda Gorman, famous for being America's youth poet laureate and reading her poem "The Hill We Climb" at Biden's inauguration. Pictured here in her inauguration outfit, complete with her famous birdcage ring, these earrings are made of thin plastic 3" long and 1.5" across. At under .15 oz each they are also comfortable enough for regular wear. There's a beautiful level of detail on them. An inspiring Black poet, Gorman continues the tradition of Maya Angelou, Gwendolyn Brooks, and more.

I believe these are handmade and I would LOVE to credit the designer, but we are a donation based charity thrift shop and I unfortunately don't know the source of these. I am unable to find evidence of any similar pairs.
