This is an original, vintage 1945 signed / autographed and inscribed 5x7 double weight portrait photo of Frank Sinatra taken by MGM studio.  It has been personally inscribed "For Donna" and signed "From Frankie" by Sinatra in blue ink at the upper left image of the photo.  The signature at the lower right of the photo is printed on the image.

This signed photo is in excellent condition and comes with a COA from the seller who is a long-time Sinatra collector recently profiled in the LA Times:
