2 You take your impression, (Upper or Lower) 

3 Send your impression back to our Lab using the enclosed address label, You pay to ship back to us.

4 We will fabricate one guard and return to you with stone model (for future guards) and storage case. 

When ordering please indicate what size impression tray you will need. Average size tray for most people is height:

5'4" and shorter --small 

5'5" -5'8"       Medium

5'9" and taller   Large
