This is a Tobias 4 string with neck-through body, made in the USA. The Tobias brand is known for making high quality instruments with superb tone. The bass is very versatile, has EQ controls, two beautiful Bartolini pickups, and a mid range switch to help you dial in the perfect sound. 

I really loved learning and gigging on this bass. It was just what I wanted when I started to become a more serious player. I love the range of sounds you can get out of it to accommodate different styles of play. Great for tapping, harmonics, slap, and finger style. 

There is normal wear from play near the neck pickup and a couple tiny scratches. Otherwise the instrument is in great shape, has never sustained any damage. The case has scratches as well from years of being moved around, no functional damage. Truss rods work, neck is in good shape, intonation sounds good, and has never had a problem with the electronics.
