If the item is not required, please send the item back for a full refund in its original condition, unused with its original packaging. The buyer will be responsible for all return postage costs for the return.

For items which are faulty or wrong item received, please notify us within 30 days by e-mail through Ebay only. We will sent you pre-paid return envelop so you can return it back to us. Upon receiving we will either re-send you your purchase item or give you a full refund.

When returning an item please put a note with the fault or the reason for return and your Ebay order ID and telephone number to ensure your return is handled as quickly as possible.
