Lovely Vintage 1940's WWII Military Sweetheart Handkerchief with Royal Air Force Emblem.

Pretty pink handkerchief with embroidery RAF emblem to one corner & open pocket to opposite corner all trimmed with lace border.

Scarce little WWII fashion accessory. Often given as romantic keepsakes by members of the armed forces to their wives and girlfriends before they left for the front.

Approximate dimensions; 25 cm square.

Condition; Lovely Vintage Condition with folds & fraying to a couple of corners.

Any wear consistent with age.
