This is a vintage Willard Carved Lovat tobacco smoking pipe. The Willard was made between 1963-1975 for military Post and Base exchanges during the Vietnam War years. The rim is in very good condition with darkening. The stem has been sanitized and waxed with carnuba wax. The stem is in very good condition with some minor chatter.  The bowl has had an alcohol treatment to remove old tobacco.
