Alright I don't know much about this stuff but from a few minutes of research I'll tell you what I know.

First off they came from a research lab, that develops drones and they came off prototype drones.

It seems like there are 2 motors on each one based on the fact that there are 2 speed controllers on each one, but it looks like it's one motor?

It's either 2 motors connected or something,  or it's a motor I can't find online? I really don't know, maybe someone who knows more about drones could message and tell me.

One rotor is spun by the top and one is spun by the bottom section of the motor, and they are controlled individually.

To purchase this stuff new, you would be looking at over $1000 for each of these setups.

You could probably get all these for about 4 or 5 grand if you bought the parts from ebay instead of KDE.
