I will not accept pre-paid labels from any customer. I will not send invoices on expired offers. I work Monday - Friday all day. I do answers communication and send packages on weekends when my schedule allows. I will also answer communication and send packages during time away but only if my schedule allows.
Shipping:
I am dedicated to sending your packages safely and securely. Please keep in mind that while I do offer a discount on shipping I cannot change the cost of shipping. It is based on weight, distance from my location, the size of the box and the carrier. Most carriers insure your purchase up to $100, you can add more at checkout if desired.
Photos:
Every attempt is made to document and provide pictures of scratches, chips, cracks, rubs, and other imperfections. Please look at the pictures carefully as they are the best representation of the item. A photo is worth a thousand words and is the best description of cosmetic condition. Please use the zoom when viewing the photos. All items sold by Laurie's Valued Vintage are being described to the best of my ability and with utmost conscientiousness. To avoid any potential oversights, I respectfully request your assistance by thoroughly reviewing the description, photos and asking questions prior to buying. Damage will be mentioned and included in photographs.
Returns:
I accept returns. Please be familiar with the eBay policy. I request that the item is returned to me or pictures are presented if you are asking for a full refund (which includes shipping). If you are asking for a full refund because the item was never delivered, please be familiar with that policy. eBay will help both of us navigate the issue at hand and I ask for your patience while this process is being completed.
