This is an original press photo. Lt. Horace Austin, of of the CX CX one of the officers assigned to the new Central Lock-up and Hub Vandervoort of the Architectural Firm which designed the building look over equipment (a finger print pad) in the Bureau of identification area which is located near the booking area. Prisoners are photographed and fingerprinted here. Photo measures 10 x 8.25 inches. Photo is dated 12-12-1966.
