WW2 RAF 41 PATTERN MAE WEST SKULL CAP. As issued and carried in the 1941 pattern Mae West. A basic survival aid designed to be worn by the wearer if downed in the sea. Hopefully to make them more visible to any rescue services. 

A mint condition example of this cap, it really is very nice! still retaining very good strong yellow color, with no fading, stains, or damage we can see. Both ties are in good condition, without damage, inside the cap is nicely stamped with an A.M. stamp and a serial number. Ideal for completing your Mae West display.
