This listing is for a long midi length fit and flare style dress from Monsoon.  It is a cotton, viscose and linen jersey fabric.  It is in a khaki green with a small black, white and blush pink animal print. It has a V crossover neckline.  It has a fitted waist which is shirred/elasticated. The skirt is quite full and has a handkerchief hemline. The dress has cap style sleeves.  No fastenings, just slips on over the head.

It is labelled a size XL which is usually a size 20 to 22.  However, from the following measurements I would say it is no more than a size 16 to 18.  Please check measurements carefully as I do not accept returns if an item does not fit. The unstretched chest measurement is approx 44" (p2p 22").  The unstretched waist area 34", stretching up to around 40". Overall length is approx 46" to 53" due to its handkerchief hem.  I am 5'7" and it is just above the ankle at its longest.

PLEASE NOTE: I would class the dress to be in OK rather than good condition.  The dress is has been loved and well worn so there is quite a bit of fading. A small repair to a hole in the hemline has also been made, please see last photos. Due to the print it is not very noticeable but please be aware.
