Vintage Clutch Purse Tooled 2 Compartment Avocado Green Velvet Lined Kiss Latch

Tiny wear marks on the four corners.  I am not positive if it's real leather or not.  It looks like it but it has a high gloss coating on it which makes me unsure. It is vintage however and is velvet lined.
