Constable and Company Ltd, London, First Edition, 1922, hunter green cloth cover with imprinted type and art, very good overall condition but some rubbing damage as shown, some tipped in color plates have corner damage as shown. 7.75" x 10.25" 94 pages. Lionel Edwards is one of the finest canine and equine illustrators of all time. English Foxhounds, Fox Hunting, Foxhunting. A wonderful copy of this Classic of the sporting Horse! Heavily illustrated. One copy only! A treasure!

This Auction is for the book pictured, I took the attached pictures 1/8/24. I do not ever scan my fine old books, as the spines are fragile and scanning requires laying the books flat, which can be damaging. I take photographs instead. Colors are actually richer than shown here, as my light box dilutes the colors slightly.
