Up for sale is an awesome piece of history! This is a nice set of beginner grade armor. This was used by more of the Infantry or foot soldiers.  All original to the era. Probably dates mid to late 1700s. Helmet is iron, and made from a 4 piece construction. It's currently being supported by stri. It displays well, but a chunk of the plaster material has fallen off. I dont believe its fixable in my opinion, but id try to preserve whats left. No liner on the helmet, but does have the chin strap so if you had a cool menpo you could in theory still use it even though its not attached. The dou is lacquer and iron, amd has a clan mon on both sides. The sleeves are like a tweed material and are starting to loosen in places. This isn't a million dollar set by any means, but if you're looking for a good set of armor to get into collecting this is it. The box is wood and has edo period iron fittings that are all original. Very cool and maybe even battle worn! Box is of course included, armor stand is not! If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at any time!
