Coin displays real nice details.  It grades Fine+ by such.  Coin does have numerous 

old scratches.  Because they are old scratches they do not scream out being seen by 

a mile out.  They are still very much there.  On the obverse hair and curls are very 

strong and with a lot of definition.  Reverse wing feather details although with some 

softness are all visible both above and below ribbon with motto.  Coin offers a choice 

original color, natural uncleaned surfaces.  Rims are free of bumps or other blemishes.  

A little tougher date.

Low Mintage only 211,722 pieces produced.

A what would be  $600-700. retail value coin.  VALUE PRICED.
