About the Artist:

Hélène Howse, (née Morand) was born in St. Lô, France in 1944, married and came to Britain in 1963, and has lived in Swindon since 1972."Always fascinated by the magic of colours, I studied art in France but painting became a passion that changed my life in many ways in 1995 after a period of private tuition from a gifted artist, an ex-Head of Art and Design with Swindon College. I have since held several solo exhibitions both in France and England."
