I have a vintage Butterick Fast and Easy pattern # 6838 that features a top and skirt. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Very loose-fitting top has front pleat, side slit, lower band with button/loop and three-quarter or long sleeves with button cuffs.  B: roll collar.
• Straight skirt, below mid-knee or lower calf, has waistband, side zipper and hemline pleats.

It is a misses' sizes 8, 10 and 12.  This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package is showing some wear.  It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
