I believe it may be the Bubbles doll from 1924?

Approximately 19 inches long 

Cloth lower body

Left leg is in need of repair, under the stocking the stuffing is coming out above the ankle, there is a hole or a good tear

When I took off the stocking it came out.  Put it back on quickly, I do not have a picture of it in fear all the stuffing may come out.

Her limbs move and her eyes open and close

Head and arms are chipping as you can see in the photos

Her under garments may be original.  No tags to identify.
