In new condition in the original box. The wheel is still in a sealed bag. You can motorize this mill (no parts are included to motorize this mill). You may find some grain in the hopper, that is because they hand grind a test sample of flour to ensure the mill is properly working, however, the sample bag of flour is not in this box. Per the instruction manual, you may see some wear on the grinding plates as they have been tested prior to packaging.
