This machine does not have any firmware lock on it, but has been enrolled once to an MDM environment. You seem to be able to click through the setup. If for whatever reason you run into firmware lock, I have the passcode but it’s been turned off.

Mac Pro will come in a well package box and will ship next business day. 

This Mac does not come with a power cable. 

The Mac has a fresh install of 10.13 High Sierra. Not you will see a warning about current disk incompatibility of certain features. MacOS 10.13 was the final OS for this model.
