Note offers decent edges with corners intact.  No rips or tears or pinholes found.  

Light to moderate soiling as may be expected for grade.  Note is original uncleaned 

and problem free.  Neat reverse on these.  Very patriotic by design.

Although not high in grade,  it is quite nice for grade and price range.
