Vintage Japanese spear tip ( kagi yari) hook tip. Rigid metal tip not plated maybe stainless steel. Some light corrosion but appears to be easily cleaned without damage to surface. ( I generally leave these type of pieces un restoration as collectors often prefer certain protocols. )

Possibly part of a display set of armor or a large musho ningyo doll.
