NOTE:  This has flaws.  Internal battery and CMOS battery both need to be replaced.  Top cover has scratches on it.  Bottom cover has some sticker residue.

System will only power on when plugged in with a power adapter.

For the physical condition, I would GUESS it is a 7.5 out of 10.  Battery still held a charge when working.
