Illustrated.  VG+ condition.  Tiny surface tear on the front cover.  Minor soiling at bottom of inside covers and first and last few pages. The paper is yellowed but not brittle.  A little rust on the staples. I use a poor/fair/good/very good/excellent/mint grading system and grade very conservatively (see my feedback). This does NOT necessarily correspond to the generic Ebay grading system that we must use. Shipping is $3.95 in the U.S.  Shipping is $3.95 in the U.S.  USPS has been really slow lately (5/24).
