Refund generally to be made to buyer for high bid amount only. We do not pay for shipping on returns for reasons such as not paying attention to descriptions or making up a bogus reason and never on international shipments. We ship quickly & economically and can validate that an item has been shipped and received via domestic tracking. We have no control of the USPS so please be patient. On international shipments, can validate that the item was received by the postal service, but will not be responsible for an item lost in your country's local customs office or for customs fees. Local pick-up is always an option. Primary focus is value & service. Lastly, please don't make unreasonable offers on fixed price listings.

On multiple purchases please "commit to buy" but not pay until we can revise the invoice for multiple items shipping cost. If we refund shipping after the fact, then Ebay does not refund transaction fees and thus the cost of the transaction is higher.  For the best cost, allow me to refund shipping on the invoice -- else, shipping discount won't be maximized
