Vintage cotton bloomers with ribbon and lace for 12 inch doll.  Waist measures about 5.5 inches and length is about 6 inches with button closure.  A beautifully constructed garment.  Farm fresh- in good as found vintage condition with slight yellowing from age.  A wonderful find!
