Shipping Information:

• For items that do not include free shipping and for international orders the shipping cost is determined by eBay and is based on your location.
• For international orders: Please be aware that your country's customs may impose additional taxes and duties, which are your responsibility as the buyer, as I do not collect them. 
• I personally process, securely package, dispatch and upload tracking information for all orders within at least one business day.
• I ship orders from the United States (South Carolina) and have a track record of excellent shipping practices and customer service, reflected in my 100% positive feedback rating.

Return Policy:

• Your satisfaction is my top priority, so if any issue does arise with your order, please reach out to me before initiating a return through eBay. 
• I aim to resolve any issues both promptly and as hassle free (on your part) as I possibly can. 
• If a resolution is not possible, items are only eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, and must be returned in the same condition and packaging (no need to purchase any packaging materials) I shipped the item to you in.
• I will purchase the return shipping label via eBay and all you have to do is repackage the item securely and ship it back to me. Upon receipt and inspection, you will be issued the agreed-upon refund amount.
