This is a large vintage sailing flag or burgee for the Swansea Yacht & Sub Aqua Club.

A good quality cotton linen double sided pennant with sewn / stitched panels.

Good size at 23 inches long and 11 inches at its highest.

This is an original sailing flag, flown at sea so age related wear.  Some marks and seams to the seam.

The seam ends have been sewn up as was previously hung on display in a sailing club bar, the rope to hang it has been cut off.

Swansea Yacht & Sub-Aqua Club is located on the river Tawe close to the entrance to Swansea Marina. 

This came with a ships bell which I will be listing separately.
