Approx 10.5 inches wide x 7.5 inches 2.5 inches depth when closed, 20 inches wide when opened.

NOTE: I put fresh batteries in it and it works 75% of the time.  Every so often when you push the button, it is a low muted static and doesn't play.  Push the button again (or a few times) and move the box a bit, and it goes away.
