ROY SIMPSON novelty "FIRE-FIGHTER" DECORATIVE TEAPOT designed by Roy Simpson for J. Luber IN VERY GOOD CONDITION Both parts are free from chips, cracks or crazing, and the original sticker is still attached.
The teapot is in the shape of a fireman, wearing a blue jacket, trousers and boots, with a black belt and yellow buttons and buckle. The jolly character wears a yellow helmet. The handle is formed in the shape of the fireman's hose entwined around in his hands, and the fireman is kneeling on a green grass effect base. The teapot is hand-painted and hand-made, and has a gloss glaze finish, with a cream interior and base. The base has an impressed mark in the centre, together with the original makers label.
Great condition. No chips, no cracks, no crazing.
