An antique folding pocket knife made by H.B. & son of Sheffield England likely in the late 1800s to early 1900s.

This knife features, beautiful, smooth bone handles and a large, large, nickel silver bolsters. The presentation side is in very good condition and the bone has no chips or cracks. The pile side has a large crack from the pin. It is very tight and stable. Besides the crack, the frame is in very good condition.

The blade is stamped “Prolific H.B. & Son Sheffield” The blade has fantastic very strong snap in all positions and no wobble!!

This would be a great Sheffield pocket knife to carry and use. The maker is very obscure and I’ve never seen another knife by this maker.
