I purchased this Item New and assembled it myself. Added a few people. It is now ready to go. I have added a 12V LED Inside Light to the shipment if you wish to Illuminate it.

I have started to buy Building Sets and assemble them as a Hobby. As I do not have a layout anymore I sell them completely assembled for the cost of the purchase as a Kit.
