This listing is for a dress from the Monsoon Beach Collection.  It is in a lightweight modal. It is in a blue, turquoise and white spliced effect floral print.  It has a V neckline trimmed with faux buttons down to the waist. The waist is elasticated.  The skirt is quite full and has a handkerchief hemline. It has thin spaghetti straps.  No fastenings, just pulls on over the head.  

It is labelled a size S. From the measurements I would say this fits a size 10.  Please check measurements carefully as I cannot accept returns if an item does not fit.  The chest measures approx 36" (pit to pit 18").  Waist area approx 29" up to approx 35" due to the elasticated waist. Overall length is between approx 49" and 58" due to the handkerchief hemline, so is maxi length depending on your height.  I am 5'7" and it is almost touching the floor at its longest point, so could be ideal for someone slightly taller say 5'9"+
