1979 Distribution of Maundy Money cover signed Lord & Lady Romsey.
These items are from the estate of Mr J.D.Green who was Mayor of Winchester in 1979-1980. Winchester is the second oldest mayoralty in England and the Mayor stands second only to the Lord Mayor of London in order of precedence of Civic Heads.
He therefore had the opportunity to meet many well known personalities and fortunately for all of us he collected autographs.
