Condition: With the exceptions of missing feet and a missing piece on the back which is needed to secure the placement of the cover the piece is in excellent structural condition-cover as well. All surface areas look clean and appealing as well. 

It’s powers up and there is a mechanism just below the push/pull button that rotates speedily but the plate does not spin as the band is out of the groove.
