Units prior to 2018 will not automatically start in sport mode.
If you shut them down while in sport mode you can put them into sport mode manually before you start the engine.
Units 2018 to 2021 will automatically start in sport mode.
Units 2022 and newer will start in sport mode if you wait until the safety message finishes scrolling on the display before starting the engine.
