Description:  A genuine and original Thomas Stevens (Stevengraph) silk woven bookmark produced in Coventry around the 1870-80s period. "The Lily"  with words around the lily design 'The Lily should be the emblem of that pure love I feel for thee' with two verses and a lover's knot at the pointed end 'True Love'. 

Size: 1 x 6 inches (approx.)

Condition: This bookmark has not aged well (well used?) and is a little grubby. The colour is a little faded. Yellow tassel.  

Shipping:  UK post free. Rest of the World* (including the USA) £1.65 (around US $2). We combine postage (bookmarks weigh very little and a few can be shipped without additional cost) - do have a look at our other silk weavings on offer this week. 

* The bookmark will be sent by Royal Mail Economy which can take up to 6 weeks to arrive but recent experience is 2-3 weeks. If there is a delay more than 42 days then please let us know.
