 The bigger beads are ceramic and the rest are wood and acrylic. The biggest beads are 1.25" and 1". No noticeable issues found upon inspection. No chips or cracks in the ceramic. One green bead has a wear near the holes due to rubbing on the beads near it. You can't really see this when it's straight up and down. This is adjustable from about 18.5" to 22".
