I replaced the battery not too long ago and it currently sits at ~93% health. The laptop is very efficient on power (especially on Linux and with the 1080p display) and lasts a long time on a charge. The outside of the body is a little scuffed from being loose in a backpack, but it's not noticeable in regular lighting. The keyboard deck and inside of the laptop are basically pristine with only a little bit of key shine from regular use. The display looks great. I will ship it with a generic 65W charger which juices it up in about an hour.
