These maps are from a large Rand McNally Atlas that was probably published around 1892.  (The Chicago map shows the future location of the Columbian Exposition.) Note that there is text on the other side of the map.  A photo of the text on the other side is shown. The maps are approximately 14.5 x 22 inches in size. 

I'm not sure the length and width measurement above captures the size of the map so I've added an illustrative photo of the map of Louisiana  with a foot-long ruler along the left and bottom side of the map in order to give a better sense of its size. (The Louisiana map is for sale elsewhere on this site) I hope the photo helps. 

The maps will be shipped in a strong cardboard tube that is 3 inches by 25 inches.  White plastic inserts cap each end of the tube. (See photo of the cardboard tube.)

The cardboard tube should hold more than one map reducing shipping costs.
