1) Pearls are natural organic gemstones. Their formation process, taking place in nature, cannot be controlled by human intervention, meaning that the surface of pearls may exhibit some natural imperfections (growth lines, marks, small pits). This is a completely normal occurrence. Please understand that the level of these natural flaws directly impacts the price of the pearl – my pursuit is always the highest quality within each price range.
Each piece of pearl jewellery at StarlitPearls has been carefully selected with the utmost attention to detail. While I strive to capture the natural imperfections of the pearls in photos, sometimes the lustrous glow may conceal certain blemishes, making them less visible in pictures. I always aim to provide a clear and accurate description of the quality and characteristics in each product listing. However, please understand that quality is often reflected in the price, and achieving a flawless appearance may require a higher budget - – my pursuit is always the highest quality within each price range.

2) StarlitPearls offers a 14-day return policy for all products, no questions asked. However, unless there are issues with the quality of the product, the cost of shipping will be borne by the buyer.
① Natural imperfections on the surface of pearls are a part of their organic nature and are not considered quality issues.
② Any discrepancies in colour between the product photos and the actual product due to lighting during photography or differences in monitor displays do not constitute quality issues.
③ Oxidation of silver accessories in the jewellery is not a quality issue. This can easily be removed with a silver polishing cloth.
④ When returning products, it is imperative that the tags remain attached to the items. Returns will not be processed and refunds will not be issued if the tags have been removed from the products.
⑤ Please ensure the integrity of the product when returning it, including all accompanying items such as the jewellery box, any free gifts, and the silver polishing cloth.
⑥When returning the product, please ensure that it remains in good condition without signs of wear, damage, discolouration, or any strong odours.
⑦ Refusal of delivery, incorrect address, being on vacation, or not collecting the item (which is treated as refusal of delivery) are not covered under the shop's return policy. If a package is returned under these circumstances, refunds will not be issued. If extenuating circumstances are unavoidable, I kindly request that you contact me in advance.

② Cleaning: Clean your pearl jewellery with a soft, damp cloth after each wear. This helps to remove any body oils or residue that may have accumulated. Never use harsh or abrasive cleaners, as they can scratch the pearl's surface.
③ Storage: Always store pearls separately from other jewellery to prevent scratches. A soft pouch or a separate compartment in your jewellery box is ideal.
④ Last on, First off: Make pearls the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off. This helps to limit their exposure to damaging elements and substances.
