I have a vintage Butterick Victoria Magazine Collection pattern # 6783 that features a flared dress.  The package includes instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Flared dress, above ankle, has shoulder pads, fitted bodice, with front pleats, pleated peplum, princess seams, back button and zipper closing and above elbow sleeves.  A and B: self or contrast collar, tie and purchased trim.

This is a misses' sizes 14, 16 and 18, and it is an out of production, uncut pattern. It is from a smoke-free home and shipping is free in the U.S.  Please check my other listings - I have many other patterns and will be glad to discount multiple purchases.
