Top is an excellent vintage condition: it has been washed and is ready to wear. That said, as is the case with blouses like this at times, it doesn’t have the best tailoring.

*GOOD:NOTED MINOR FLAWS, EASILY REPAIRABLE OR ALREADY REPAIRED, WEARABLE WITH CARE OR AFTERCARE

*FAIR:NNUMEROUS NOTED FLAWS, SOME SIGNIFICANT, MOST LIKELY WEARABLE AFTER REPAIR

*POOR: DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR WITH VALUE AS A STUDY PIECE, FABRIC SOURCE, OR PATTERN TEMPLATE

*Payment + fees:

1. Payment is due immediately unless a previous arrangement is made

2. Items are not considered sold until payment is received

3. If payment is not received within 48 hours, the item will be relisted

4. If after 4 days payment is still not received and the item has not been resold, eBay will automatically cancel the order and you ( The buyer) will receive a “non-payment violation” on your account; multiple violations will result in your account being closed down, an inability to open new ones, and you will be added to a blocked buyer list ( many of these lists are shared with other sellers.

5. If your eBay account is registered overseas, even if you are shipping domestically, you will be sent a link to cover the international fee that eBay charges ( 1.65% of total sale). If you have any questions about this please ask before purchase.
