An exceptional antique (c. 1900) "LION'S HEAD GREEN GLASS GENERAL STORE CANDY/PICKLE JAR".  The Jar is heavy - 12 lbs, and shaped in the form of a Lion's head.  Opening at top.  An amazing turn of the 19th century General Store collectible!  Very hard to find.  No lid (designed as "open").  No maker's mark or signature.
