Vintage 50s 60s pillbox hat in white cellophane straw covered with branches of leaves.  Many of the leaves have rhinestone or bead embellishments.  There is an  avocado green velvet ribbon around the crown with a bow on the front..

The opening has a white grosgrain ribbon trim with an attached label that reads, "Evelyn Varon."  The opening measures 20 1/2 inches and height is 3 inches.  Condition is GOOD.
