Possibly older than 40's and in very good condition. It has an all-over light scratching that is so uniform, I think it is part of the design. There is one 1/4" unusual scratch and several old age small dots, and could definitely use a better cleaning! The inside has a dark ring that could possibly be polished out.
The rim accent has very pretty flowers and swirls, and the vase stands on a short pedestal that accentuates its elegant form.
About 7 1/8" tall, 3 1/8" across the rim, 2 3/4" across the base. Marks on bottom include crescent, possibly lion and another figure I can't make out.
