LOt of 2 vintage  Optical  Safety Glasses/Goggles.  One is American Optical and the other is labeled POCO 23 on the nose piece.  in chrome steel metal with mesh sides and clear AO etched on the frame. The sets are in good shape for there  age, likely 1930s or 1940s. The plastic used for the ear pieces have. Lenses have no cracks or chips, but may exhibit light s some cracks on one pair.  Frames are rigid, with nice patina, and the temples have hooked and plastic coated tips that go over the ears. The glasses come with one original steel clamshell case. The case is embossed with the American Optical 'AO' logo.
