- Using Your Own Courier? Ensure they're aware of our collection day as it never changes. No item wrapping provided. We will not work with Anyvan or Shiply as they are a nightmare!
- Storage: We will not store your item - when you win an item we try and book a delivery slot as soon as we can as we are desperate for space. Please don't ask us to "store it for 4-5 weeks" as for some reason people are offended when we say "no".
- Payments: Only through eBay's system for security and convenience. When you are given a delivery slot you will be directed to our courier TEESSIDE10 to confirm the slot and pay delivery direct to them on their site. Have a look at them online to see who they are
- Viewing Our Items: Available by appointment on Thursdays from 8 AM to 12 PM - you must book in as we cannot guarantee the item you want to view is in Skelton so we may need to move it there. We sell thousands of items (see feedback) nobody ever comes to view as 94% of our sales are Leeds to London.
Delivery is to the ground floor entrance only. Our drivers are very very helpful, but assistance from your side is always needed for large heavy items without exception from the vehicle. We are not and do not advertise to offer white glove room of choice - this is a budget service which is the cheapest in the UK. If you need a more tailored service then please book your own courier.
Scheduling: Please accept the first delivery date offered to avoid delays.
Additional Costs: Buying multiple items? It will obviously be more than one item - ZONE A no extra charge, Zone B £5 per additional item, ZONE C £15 per additional item, Zone D £20 per additional item, ZONE E £25 per additional item (max 3 additional items per order but EXCLUDES WARDROBES, DRESSERS AND SOFAS WHICH ARE FULL RATE DUE TO THEIR SIZE - Highest priced item is full price).
