 In 1:72 Scale in the Corgi Aviation  Range.

The V-1 Flying bomb or "Doodlebug"  as it became known was the first of the Vergeltungswaffen ( V-weapons) deployed for the terror bombing of London. It was developed at Peenemünde Army Research Center in 1939 by the Luftwaffe at the beginning of the Second World War, and during initial development was known by the codename "Cherry Stone".

This is a smart genuine collectors item of a Corgi AA38703,  Sqn Ldr R. Newbury's Spitfire Mk X1V , of 610 Sqn, plus an Fi 103 Doodlebug Flying Bomb  in 1:72 Scale.

This is a moment in history when a Spitfire Mk X1V with the 5 blade prop, was found to be fast enough to come alongside the Doodlebug from "The Fuhrer "  and tip its wing underneath  ( see 3rd pic)  which of course sends the bomb off its true course , and hopefully into the English Channel harmlessly.


Model in as new condition, only out of box for my pics .  It comes with  pilot onboard with choice of undercarriage included with ltd card in the box plus the V1 Doodle bug too, which also has its own stand to display.

Box has only light shopwear to it, mainly light rub to odd place  but in Very good to plus still. 

There are only 2 like this up at time of listing.  Both used, and one at £99 , one at more. 
My NEW ONE, within the UK, will start competitively.
